The definition of a "trophy" is different to different people.  Webster's defines the word trophy as "anything taken in war, hunting, competition, etc., esp. when preserved as a memento; spoil, prize, or award., or anything serving as a token or evidence of victory, valor, skill, etc."  The culmination of the company is to provide an experience to obtain your trophy.
